real estate photography or lunar eclipse?

Have you noticed the horrendous real estate photos on some listings? I realize most realtors are not photographers but why bother list photographs that look like there is a Lunar Eclipse taking place? Some so dark you cant even begin to see what's in the photo? Need help editing your photos? I noticed our MLS is offering a photography course to enhance realtors photography skills. I feel like the Simon Crowell of Real Estate saying "That performance was horrendous!"

I use Listingware as my IDX third party vendor (you can see their services if you search MLS on my website) that web surfers can use FREE to setup an account to search for properties with their preferences- beds, baths, square footage, lot size, price, location, and save them for future use at their own convenience. I built this website myself and I'm constantly updating it so its not one of those template real estate websites that never changes! I've installed my own real estate blog for my website surfers to use on my website.

I accomplished some SEO the other day after updating my meta tags and minimizing my jpg images for faster load times on my website. I checked out an online SEO tool that I discovered here from the E-Pro group here on activerain blog site. It wasnt as accurate as it should have been but it got my butt in action to improve my web site. Your suggestions are always welcome on further SEO options!
