Veterans Day has come and gone. It was celebrated yesterday and helps all Americans remember their veterans of all service branches and families for all of their sacrifices.
I talked with a Mortgage consultant today who told me that there is 100% financing currently available for veterans, and spouses of service members killed on active duty who have their proof of service- a DD 214, and who have at least a 680 credit score. Right now a fixed rate of 6.25% (or current rate) for 30 years is available (so no your rate wont go up) and no down payment needed. You dont have to be a first-time Homebuyer! Check out the link at

Stephen.. This is some wonderful news for those families. My sister is a veteran.. and is still alive.. thank goodness. She will be looking for a home in Mass.. but up by Salem. Do you only work on the Cape?
